Excellent responsivity with low reverse bias, the NXIR-5C operates from 320 nm to 1100 nm and is enclosed in a custom ceramic carrier surface-mount device (SMD) package. It has low dark current at 1 nA, low capacitance of 5 pico-farads (pF) at 10 V, and high shunt resistance greater than 100 MΩ.
Ideal for laser monitoring, medical diagnostic equipment, automation, scientific and military.
