This model covers an extended shortwave-infrared (XSWIR) spectral range from 1,200 to 2,100 nm at 15 nm (FWHM) spectral and 640 x 512 pixels sensor spatial resolution. Due to reduced atmospheric scattering the XSWIR range enables imaging through airborne particles such as smoke and is ideal for long range detection and surveillance for applications in defense and security, recycling, and waste management.
