Portable hand-held meter models for precise flat sample UV reflection measurements with two selectable measurement geometries. Monitor detector for automatic on-line correction for improved accuracy. LCR-20: Aluminum housing (UV 254nm LED light source) and external detector for switching between positions with external X1-5 V01 meter.
LCR-21: Plastic housing into which everything is integrated with external X1-5 V03 meter.
