The compact 1280JSX-10μm VIS/SWIR digital video camera from Sensors Unlimited features a high-resolution, high-sensitivity 1.3MP indium gallium arsenide (InGaAs) imager. It offers real-time imaging over an extended wavelength range of 0.5–1.7μm. This next-generation HD 10μm design has a reduced pixel size while maintaining a 100% fill factor. The 36% reduction in the active area allows for the use of smaller, lighter, and more cost-effective optics without compromising performance.
