The new IP67 Photon PRO laser has been designed to deliver robust, reliable, high-performance in harsh environments or difficult to access applications. This unique laser module combines IP67 stainless steel threaded housing, digital control, and innovative near end-of life monitoring delivering a compact, robust, waterproof and dustproof laser solution that uniquely ensures the reliability of your system.

The Photon PRO’s compact, configurable, IP67 housing and connector ensure reliable operation even in dusty and wet environments. The durable laser offers exceptional resistance to shock and vibration ensuring consistently high system performance.

The Photon PRO features unique near end-of-life monitoring making it an ideal solution for environments where laser replacement is costly or difficult in industrial applications such as food processing and sorting, particle analysis including dust detection and measurement as well as smoke particle detection, or medical applications such as patient alignment.

The innovative end-of-life feature also enables predictable maintenance in lab systems where precise calibration is required. The near end-of-life monitoring means that system maintenance can be scheduled, avoiding costly downtime and callouts associated with unscheduled laser failure. At just 12 mm in diameter, the Photon PRO is packed with functionality. Along with its IP67 rating and end-of-life monitoring, the laser incorporates digital control and monitoring via a user-friendly interface. Engineers can precisely adjust laser power, modulation frequency, and other key parameters via a simple digital interface, providing in-service system function monitoring as well as easy integration.

The compact Photon PRO is available with wavelengths at 520 nm, 635 nm, 650 nm, and 785 nm and output powers at 5 mW and 20 mW. Spot and line modules are available.
