The F-141 from PI is an alignment system for testing and assembling photonics arrays and photonic integrated circuits. The alignment system fits inside a space of 5 in. × 7 in. × 4 in. while providing 40 mm of XYZ travel and 12° of rotation around the optical axis. The F-141 is controlled by an advanced multi-axis EtherCAT^®-based control system with rapid signal analysis and features PWM amplifiers and onboard integrated 24-bit analog inputs.
