The H-815 from PI is a six-axis hexapod micro-positioning system meant for camera lens alignment, microLED production, fiber optic alignment, and aerospace test and assembly, among other applications. The hexapod achieves 0.1 µm minimum incremental motion in X, Y, and Z for submicron precision alignment tasks while reaching velocities up to 20 mm/s. The H-815 features a 155-mm low profile design, a 222-mm baseplate diameter, and a 22-lb load capacity.
