The H-811.S2iHP from PI is a hexapod designed for the alignment of high-resolution miniature lenses and photonics components. The hexapod is a six-degree-of-freedom motion system that utilizes six low-friction actuators with 12 precision cardanic joints with offset axes delivering in-position stability of 3 nm. The H-811.S2iHP features a maximum velocity of 20 mm/s, a load capacity of 5.5 lbs, a linear travel range up to 34 mm, rotary motions up to 42°, and a central aperture.
