The Xi 320 MT infrared camera from Optris is a compact imager for noncontact temperature measurement through flames, making it ideal for monitoring workpieces in furnaces, chemical reactors, and combustion chambers. The camera operates at a spectral range of 3.9 µm with 320 × 240 pixels; the Xi 320 MT covers a wide temperature range from 475 to 1700 °C (887 to 3092 °F). The Xi 320 MT has a thermal sensitivity of 1 K at 600 °C (1112 °F) and an optical resolution up to 550:1 to provide accurate monitoring of even the smallest targets. The camera has a rugged IP67 housing, compact Ø 36 mm × 100 mm design, and motorized focus for durability and flexibility in harsh industrial environments.
