The NSC2301 from New Imaging Technologies (NIT) is a SWIR InGaAs line scan sensor for high-speed industrial inspection. The NSC2301 features a 2048 × 1 resolution with an 8-µm pixel pitch, delivering sharp, detailed line-scan imaging. The size format fits standard 1.1-in. optical format optics and supports line rates >80 kHz. With configurable exposure times and both integration-then-read (ITR) and integration-while-read (IWR) readout modes, the sensor offers adaptability for various lighting and motion conditions. Additional key features include a 0.9- to 1.7-µm spectrum; and 90e- readout noise.
