The IG26H Series from Laser Components are PIN photodiodes for applications such as spectrophotometry, diode laser monitoring, flame control, and gas detection. The photodiodes’ high shunt resistance is paired with high responsivity over a wide spectrum. The IG26H Series features a peak responsivity of 1.45 A/W and a 50% cut-off wavelength exceeding 2.45 µm.
