Aug 2025MARLBOROUGH, Mass., Aug. 6, 2025 — IPG Photonics formally announced five senior leadership appointments following the release of its second quarter financial results. The appointments were already effective at the time of their announcement. The company announced that it appointed
Paulus Bucher senior vice president of global operations;
Jennifer Kartono senior vice president, chief human resources officer;
Andrey Mashkin vice president and general manager of global lasers;
Mira Sahney senior vice president of Global Laser Systems; and
Alex Schoenfelder senior vice president and general manager of Global Components. Bucher most recently served as senior vice president of global operations at Adtran.

Jeff Moore to its board of directors. Moore has two decades of experience, holding roles at companies such as Amazon and Uber. The company also announced the board reappointments of

OTTAWA, Ontario — Pleora Technologies named
Anis Hanna president. Hanna joined Pleora in 2014 and most recently served as COO. Hanna has led initiatives throughout the company in the industrial, defense, and medical sectors. Former company president Harry Page announced his retirement following his second term in the role. Page will remain as a member of the company's board of directors.

TOKYO — FUJIFILM Corporation appointed
Brian O’Donnelly corporate vice president. O’Donnelly will continue serving as president and CEO of FUJIFILM Electronic Materials USA, Inc.; senior deputy general manager of the Electronic Materials Business Division, FUJIFILM Corporation; and global vice president of FUJIFILM Electronic Materials. O’Donnelly has spent the majority of his 40-year career working in the chemical and semiconductor materials industries, joining the Fujifilm group in 2004. In 2014, he was appointed president and CEO of FUJIFILM Electronic Materials USA. Prior to joining Fujifilm, O’Donnelly worked for Olin Corporation’s Materials Metal Research Labs in R&D, as well as Arch Chemicals, where he held senior roles in finance, strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and business management within its chemicals and electronic materials divisions.

Mary McDowell to its board of directors. McDowell formerly served as president, CEO, and board director of Mitel Networks, as well as CEO and board member of Polycom, where she led the company through its sale to Plantronics.
