Constant-current pulsed laser driver capable of driving bar laser stacks or VCSEL arrays up to 250 amps and 30 volts. 3.5” × 4.2” PCB. Adjustable pulse widths from 50 microseconds to 1 millisecond. Adjustable pulse current up to 250 amps, compliance up to 30 volts. Follower mode supports continuous-wave (CW) and temporal modulation. Thermal and safe-operating-area (SOAR) protection of onboard drive semiconductors.
