Our ability to rapidly design, prototype and manufacture optical systems is a result of our talented, experienced staff and the following in-house capabilities:
Optical design (both imaging - Zemax and non-imaging - Tracepro), optomechanical design (stray light analysis, sensitivity analysis),
mechanical design (optics, mounts, systems), diamond turning, plastic optics injection molding, CNC machining, moldmaking,
optical assembly, optical testing, and metrology. Our optical fabrication includes a wide range of materials (zeonex, acrylic / pmma, polycarbonate, okp4, polystyrene, aluminum, and a wide range of optical glass). We
prototype and mass-produce a wide variety of designs, including aspheres, freeform lenses, freeform mirrors, combiners, lens arrays, cylinder lenses, tunnels, integrating rods, fly eye lenses, and other plastic optics.
