The BTS256-LED-UV (shown) and -IR from Gigahertz-Optik are LED testers for single UV and IR LEDs, respectively. The testers include a built-in integrating sphere with cone-shaped measurement port enabling hand-held or fixtured testing of PCB mounted LEDs for radiant power, SPD, and peak intensity among other benchmarks. The BTS256-LED-UV is calibrated for wavelengths between 200 and 550 nm with a bandwidth of 5 nm and radiant power levels from 10 µW to 2 W, while the BTS256-LED-IR is calibrated for wavelengths between 750 nm and 1100 nm with a bandwidth of 5 nm and radiant power levels from 0.3 µW to 5 W.
