LIS Technologies Adds Systems Manager; ZEISS Greater China Names CEO: People in the News: 7/23/2025

Martin Fischer president and CEO of ZEISS Greater China. Fischer succeeds Maximilian Foerst, who joined the executive board of the ZEISS Group as president and CEO of Carl Zeiss Meditec AG. Fischer joined ZEISS in 2006 and has held positions at various business segments including semiconductor manufacturing technology, industrial quality solutions, and research microscopy solutions. ZEISS Greater China manages all business activities in China's Mainland, Hong Kong SAR, and Taiwan.

RACINE, Wis. — Modine, a thermal management company, added
Alan Lowe to its board of directors. Lowe previously served as president and
CEO of Lumentum. Lowe also served as senior vice president of Viavi's commercial lasers business and as Viavi's executive vice president and president of its communications and commercial optical products business.
ILMINSTER, England — G&H announced that company CFO,
Chris Jewell, is stepping down from his role, effective Sept. 30. G&H appointed
Martin Hopcroft as interim CFO, effective July 28, to enable a handover period.

OAK RIDGE, Tenn. — LIS Technologies Inc., a company developing laser technologies for uranium enrichment, appointed
Lloyd Jollay as UF6 systems manager. Jollay has over 30 years of experience in nuclear safety, materials management, and advanced fuel cycle operations. During his time as vice president of isotopes and nuclear fuel cycle at Boston Government Services, Jollay led the development of nuclear safety programs and provided licensing support for emerging advanced reactor and isotope production initiatives. His background includes managing criticality safety programs, supporting the use and transport of uranium materials, and advising on nuclear nonproliferation strategies within the U.S. Department of Energy and National Nuclear Security Administration complex.
