Dec 2025Optem 10X M Plan Apo Wide Field Microscope Objective from Excelitas is a wide-field microscope for precision optical inspection. It delivers a uniform image quality across a wide field of view and larger 30-mm image sensors. The objective features a 0.28 numerical aperture with a resolution down to 1 µm with a 34-mm working distance. The optimized flat field design delivers superior uniform resolution and contrast from center to edge, avoiding typical corner softening seen with standard 24-mm optimized optics. It is built on the industry standard 95-mm parfocal length and has an infinity-corrected design, which allows easy integration into existing systems.
