Phoseon Nexus II from Excelitas is a UV LED curing platform for flexographic printing. With cloud-based access, data can be viewed from anywhere via a secure web portal or mobile app. With real-time and historical monitoring, performance can be tracked live, or past data can be reviewed in intervals from 30 seconds to 1 hour. The platform monitors machine performance, UV intensity, system speed, and energy consumption. Nexus II air- and water-cooled UV LED curing systems are available in the following sizes: 300 mm, 375 mm, 450 mm, 525 mm, 600 mm, and 675 mm.
