Made with fused-silica and a broadband lens coating, the lens features a 340- to 360-nm wavelength range, a maximum scan field of 142 mm × 142 mm at a 10-mm scanner aperture, and a minimum spot size of 11 µm at a 15-mm scanner aperture.More products
