The FS5 v2 spectrofluorometer from Edinburgh Instruments is designed for the characterization of a wide range of samples, including liquid solutions, solids, powders, and thin films. The spectrofluorometer has a signal-to-noise ratio of 12000:1 for the detection of weak signals, as well as an extended near infrared detection range extending to 2.05 μm. The FS5 v2 also features the company’s Fluoracle software that allows for full control of the instrument, including data acquisition and advanced analysis.
