It was a historic event when the American robotic lander Odysseus landed on the Moon in February 2024 — and also a quiet success for Czech glassmakers. Because one of the key components of the lighting on the robotic lander was equipped with our A469 glass lenses, which resisted even the extreme conditions of the outer space. Lens A469 is one of our standard optics and can be purchased at our on-line shop.
