Planar optics technology pioneered by BEAM is over 99% efficient in VIS to MWIR bands with up to 8” sizes. Overcoming the deficiencies of metasurfaces, BEAM’s flat lenses, prisms, beam shapers, vortices are haze-free and allow AR coatings for high throughput due to their planar continuous structure. Fixed or switchable between multiple optical states, they enable non-mechanical beam steering for LiDAR and adaptive glasses for AR/VR applications.
