This is a special project - 300-mm Etched Si with IR AR coating. Samples of Infrared (IR) surface optic coatings that are produced in our coating facility. We use our in-house tooling selection for the best outcome - each and every time. Silicon wafers are challenging when coating because of the size and thinness of the material.
