Specializing in picture archiving communications system (PACS) solutions, Telemis sa of Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium, has signed an agreement with Maidis International, a Hospital Information System (HIS) vendor with offices in France and in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Under terms of the agreement, the first project will be to integrate global HIS for Oasis Hospital in Al Ain, UAE. The OEM agreement will enable the company to provide more hospitals, clinics and radiology practices with access to advanced PACS technologies, reducing costs and increasing quality of care.
