TTM Technologies, a mission system(s), radio frequency technology, and printed circuit board manufacturer, appointed Edwin Roks president and CEO as well as a Class II director on the board of directors. Roks succeeds Thomas Edman, who has been TTM Technologies’ CEO since 2014. Roks most recently served as CEO of Teledyne Technologies.

MUNICH — Arne Dehn, CEO of machine vision company STEMMER IMAGING, stepped down from his position. Under Dehn’s leadership, STEMMER IMAGING developed from a distribution company to a systems house in the machine vision industry. Dehn managed the buyout of MiddleGround Capital and the subsequent delisting. As of Sept. 1, Paul Scholten will be appointed as the interim CEO, working closely with the recently appointed CFO Per Sundqvist.
TORONTO, Ontario — Kepler Communications, a company developing space-based optical communication technology, appointed Carl Jenkins senior vice president of engineering. Jenkins will oversee Kepler’s technical strategy and execution during the deployment of its optical data relay network and in-orbit communications infrastructure. Before joining Kepler, Jenkin held senior roles at Cruise, Virgin Hyperloop One, Google X, and Karma Automotive, where he led the development of autonomous systems, electric vehicle platforms, and next-generation transportation technologies. His experience includes directing international product development teams, managing full lifecycle technical programs, and delivering hardware-software integrated systems in mission-critical environments.

SAN MATEO, Calif — QuSecure, a post-quantum cryptography company and cryptography agility company, appointed Jennifer Leggio senior vice president of marketing and revenue operations. Leggio previously held roles at Flashpoint, Claroty, Fortinet, and Sourcefire.
