Nokia Technologies has named Mikkow Hautala as chief geopolitical and government relations officer, and a member of the group leadership team. Hautala previously served as Finland’s ambassador to the United States. The company also promoted Louise Fisk from vice president to chief communications officer and as a member of the group leadership team. Park is a nuclear physicist and a former government official with leadership experience at Los Alamos National Laboratory, Nevada Test Site, and Oak Ridge National Laboratory. Brent previously served as the United States’ deputy administrator at the National Nuclear Security Administration.
