Cyros Receives 2014 AIA Achievement Award

ORLANDO, Fla., Jan. 28, 2014 — Years of dedication to the vision and imaging industry have earned Michael Cyros, chief commercial officer of Allied Vision Technologies, the 2014 AIA Achievement award.

Cyros received the honor, regarded as the industry’s top leadership award, for his contributions to the vision and imaging industry at Allied Vision Technologies, Euresys and Datacube, and as a former chairman of AIA’s board of directors.

“[Cyros] embodies what the achievement award is all about,” said Jeff Burnstein, president of AIA. “In addition to helping the companies he worked for grow into industry leaders, he devoted time to helping the vision industry as a whole by volunteering to his industry association.”

Cyros has been working to promote market acceptance and growth of the industry for more than 25 years.
