Artemis Acquires SightLine Applications

Private equity firm Artemis has acquired SightLine Applications, a developer of image processing electronics and software products targeted for defense sector applications. SightLine’s products are used for intelligence, surveillance, reconnaissance, and counter-unmanned aerial systems applications.

SightLine will continue to operate as an independent company from its facilities in Oregon. Additional Artemis group companies include Tekscan, Omega Optical Holdings, and Superior Technical Ceramics.
