Global Opticom Launches 32 and 40 Channel DWDMs

SUNNYVALE, Calif. July 27 -- Global Opticom Inc. announced the release of its latest 100 GHz 32 and 40 Channel DWDMs.

Both products are based on improved thin film technology, and with specifications comparable to those of AWG technology.

Both are suited to meet the toughest bandwidth and performance demands for metro, long-haul, and CATV transmission and EDFA systems. Features include low insertion loss (max 7.5 dB), high channel isolation (> 28 dB), high
stability (variation < 0.6 dB between 0 ~ 70 °C), and reliability. Packaging can be with either individual fiber or ribbon fiber. Products are optical path epoxy free.
