3D Systems Extends DTM Tender Offer

VALENCIA, Calif., July 25 -- 3D Systems Corp. and DTM Corp. have agreed to further extend the tender offer for all the outstanding shares of common stock of DTM until midnight EDT Monday, July 30. This will provide more time for 3D Systems to continue negotiations with the US Department of Justice regarding an agreement that would allow it to complete the acquisition of DTM. The tender offer had been scheduled to expire at midnight Tuesday, July 24.
