Greenwoods Expands Fiber Capabilities

LONDON, June 25 -- Greenwoods Communications, a provider of turnkey solutions and services to telecom network operators, is expanding its fiber facility in Birmingham. The facility was designed for the termination of fiber optic connectors in 2000. Greenwoods has added new equipment including interferometer, return and insertion loss testers, microscopes, cable strippers and polishers that will allow full production of terminated fiber 24 hours a day, with streamlined production processes providing quicker turnaround for customers.
