Noble International Wins Order For Laser Welded Blanks

DETROIT, April 11 – Noble International Ltd. said that its wholly owned subsidiary Noble Metal Processing Inc. (NMP) has been awarded a purchase order from Ispat Inland Inc. to provide laser welded blanks for the next generation Ford F-150 series trucks, code named P-221 truck program.
Ispat worked closely with Ford to select NMP as the provider of laser welded blanks for the P-221 program. The NMP and Ispat relationship will make up the majority of laser welded blank steel tonnage on the P-221 program, which will produce about 750,000 vehicles per year for the life of the program.
