Aeroflex buys TriLink in Stock Deal
PLAINVIEW, N.Y., April 3 – Microelectronics manufacturer Aeroflex Inc. is buying privately held TriLink Communications for about 1.2 million common shares or about $11.2 million. California-based TriLink develops and manufactures lithium niobate optical components used in optic communications systems.
"The acquisition of TriLink adds key optical components to our growing portfolio of proprietary fiber optic modules," said Aeroflex executive vice president Len Borow.
