International FiberCom Wins NYC Tunnel Contract

PHOENIX, Ariz., Jan. 11 -- International FiberCom Inc. subsidiary, AeroComm Inc., has landed a $3.5 million contract from a wireless carrier to provide the design and installation of a solution delivering uninterrupted wireless service in the four major tunnels in the New York metropolitan area. The contract includes the installation of proprietary hardware and software developed by AeroComm. The contract will be completed within 180 days and maintenance services will be provided on an ongoing basis, said International FiberCom.
