LYRtech Signs Licensing Agreement with EXFO

QUEBEC CITY, Canada, Oct. 5 -- LYRtech Inc. announced the finalization of a technology licensing agreement with EXFO Electro-Optical Engineering Inc.
This agreement will allow LYRtech to continue producing and marketing the RTS-100 line of products which has, until now, been developed and distributed by EXFO, said Louis N. Belanger, executive vice president and CEO of LYRtech. These products are used by the manufacturers of fiber optic based telecommunications equipment, explained Belanger.
This licensing agreement comes while LYRtech waits to be listed on the Montreal Exchange. In a recent reverse takeover, LYRtech merged with Technologies Lyre, a company with expertise in marketing products and software for DSP platforms and electro-optics.
