Nanusens Adds to Board: People in the News: 8/14/24

Walter Bashaw II, president of laser and materials company Coherent Corp., has resigned from his position with the company, effective Sept. 6. The resignation, as announced in a U.S Securities and Exchange Commission filing, is a result of changes to Coherent's leadership structure, which, Coherent said, led to the elimination of Bashaw's current position.

PAIGNTON, England — Nanusens, a MEMS CMOS chip manufacturer, added Rupert Baines to its board. Baines serves as CEO of QPT Ltd, a developer of power electronics.
