Excelitas Taps Top Executives, Appoints CEO and CFO

Excelitas Technologies appointed Ron Keating CEO and Ben Stas CFO. Keating and Stas succeed former CEO David Nislick and former CFO Jim Rao, who have announced their retirements. Keating and Stas join Excelitas from Evoqua Water Technologies, where they served as president and CEO, and executive vice president, CFO, and treasurer, respectively. The executives also held leadership positions at Kennametal.

Following the appointments, Nislick will remain on the Excelitas board, serving as an independent director.
