PREMSTAETTEN, Austria — Optical solutions company ams-OSRAM named Juergen Rebel senior vice president of investor relations. Rebel previously worked at Infineon Technologies, in multiple senior leadership roles including senior vice president and general manager of embedded security solutions and corporate vice president of investor relations.

ENGLEWOOD, Ohio — Lightwave Logic, a developer of electro-optic polymers for data transmission, appointed Laila Partridge to its board of directors. Partridge has more than 30 years of experience in technology, corporate innovation, and finance, having worked in telecommunications, internet infrastructure, AI, and internet of things, among other sectors. She currently serves as founder and CEO of The HardTech Project, a venture in early-stage hardware investing.

MILPITAS, Calif. — Optical manufacturing technology company KLA Corp. appointed Michael McMullen to its board of directors and compensation and talent committee. McMullen was named president of Agilent Technologies in 2014 and CEO in 2015, and has been with the company and its predecessor, Hewlett-Packard, for over 30 years.
