Balluff Expands in China
Balluff, a sensor and automation technology company, has increased its production facilities in Chengdu, China, with a 6000-sq-m building, doubling its total production volume. Balluff has invested 50 million RMB ($6.9 million) in the project. The company opened its subsidiary in Chengdu in 2004 and opened its first plant three years later. Within Balluff’s production and logistics network, Chengdu serves as a regional supplier for the Asia Pacific region.
