Wendell Weeks has been named to the U.S. Advisory Committee for Trade Policy and Negotiations, a committee established to provide policy advice to the U.S. trade representative. Weeks has served as CEO of Corning since 2005 and as chairman of its board of directors since 2007. The committee includes up to 45 members with expertise in trade, investment, and development issues.

ROVERTO, Italy — Health technology company NTP Nanotech named
Michael Lutz, former CEO of biotech company HepaRegeniX, executive chairman of its board of directors. The company also named
Laura Ferro and
Stephen Allen to the board. Ferro currently serves as chairman of Bio4Dreams and Kither Biotech and acts as an investment adviser in Claris Ventures. Allen serves as chief business officer and board member at Depixus, and he previously served as CEO of DNAe.

Matthew Philpott chief marketing and sales officer. Philpott has more than 20 years of experience in the laser industry from his career at Coherent, where he most recently served as director of global business development.

Lyle Moroz president and CEO. Moroz previously served as the company’s vice president of sales, and as president of Techspan Industries and vice president of sales and marketing at Manta Test Systems.
