SAN JOSE, Calif. — Infinera appointed Ryan Perera senior vice president of APAC sales. Prior to Infinera, Perera served as Ciena’s vice president of Asia content and subsea networks and India for more than a decade. Before Ciena, he held various leadership positions with Nortel Networks in Asia.

CANBERRA, Australia — Diamond-based quantum computing company Quantum Brilliance appointed Mark Mattingley-Scott chief revenue officer and George Robinson chief financial officer.

LONDON — Quantum technology company Quantum Exponential Group appointed Stuart Woods chief operating and strategy officer. Woods has more than three decades of experience and previously served as managing director of Oxford Instruments NanoScience and as a member of the management board of Oxford Instruments. He currently serves as a business strategy officer on the board of The Quantum Insider, a provider of media and market intelligence on the quantum technology industry.
