Rajeeb Hazra CEO. Outgoing CEO
Ilyas Khan will assume the roles of chief product officer and vice chairman of the board of directors. Hazra most recently served as senior vice president and general manager of the compute and networking business unit, and he served previously as senior vice president of corporate strategy and communications at Micron Technology.

Werner Filez as its smart infrastructure sales director for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa region. Filez most recently served as sales director at lidar firm Ouster. Prior to that he served as international business development manager of transportation at Teledyne FLIR.

Michelle Henderson as optical coatings sales engineer for its ZC&R Coatings division. Prior to joining Abrisa Technologies, Henderson worked for 10 years in the optical thin-film coating industry in a variety of support and sales management roles.
ITHACA, N.Y. — EMF (Evaporated Metal Films) named
Darrick Dutcher general manager of its Ithaca- and Rochester, N.Y.-based manufacturing sites. Dutcher most recently served as director of manufacturing at IDEX Health & Science. He previously oversaw manufacturing at ThermoFisher Scientific.
