Teledyne Acquires Majority Stake in NL Acoustics

Teledyne Technologies has acquired a majority stake in Noiseless Acoustics Oy (NL Acoustics). Located in Helsinki, Finland, NL Acoustics designs and manufactures acoustic imaging instruments and predictive maintenance solutions. The company has been a partner of Teledyne FLIR since 2019. Kai Saksela and Jonas Nyberg, who founded the company in 2015, will retain a minority stake in the business and continue in their current executive leadership roles with the company. Financial terms were not disclosed.
