Covision Quality Named Winner of Cowen Startup Challenge at Automate '22

Covision Quality was named as the winner of the Cowen Startup Challenge: Automate to Outperform. The Italy-based startup was among 10 finalists competing for a $10,000 prize. The winner was named June 7 at the Automate 2022 Show and Conference in Detroit.

Covision Quality is a spinoff of software company Covision Lab and develops technology that can be used to automate end-of-line quality control processes in various industries leveraging nonferrous metals.

Finalists of the challenge received a complementary exhibit space at Automate and pitched their technologies to a panel of industry expert judges. All companies had been launched less than five years ago and had raised $5 million since their creation. The competition was sponsored by Cowen, a multinational independent investment bank.
