PARIS — The European Photonics Industry Consortium (EPIC) appointed Ivan Nikitski and Jérémy Picot-Clémente to roles that support the technical needs of the consortium’s growing membership, as well as EU-funded initiatives. Nikitski and Picot-Clémente started with the consortium in January as photonics technologies program managers.
CAMPBELL, Calif. — Additive manufacturing technology company Velo3D named James Shih vice president of supply chain management. Prior to joining Velo3D, Shih served as director of supply chain management at Bloom Energy. He also worked at Logitech’s and Foxconn’s production facilities in supply-chain, program management, and business development-related roles.
NEW BRITAIN, Conn. — MicroCare, a manufacturer of chemicals and tools for critical cleaning, appointed Manuel Gonzalez its eastern Mexico regional sales manager. Gonzalez has more than 20 years of experience in the sales of electronics and telecommunications solutions for companies including Telecable. He most recently served in the role of district manager for Vision Engineering.
