TRIOPTICS' CEO Steps Down
Eugen Dumitrescu will step down as CEO of TRIOPTICS effective April 1. Kristin Holzhey, who has served as managing director of OTTO Vision Technology GmbH since 2019 and has been directing the integration of the TRIOPTICS Group into the Jenoptik Group since 2020, will become CEO of the company.
Dumitrescu has led the company for 30 years. Additionally, Stefan Krey and Joern Luethje have been appointed CTO and CFO of TRIOPTICS, respectively. The management board of the company, which has been a member of the Jenoptik Group since 2019, will additionally add Simon Zilian, CSO of the company.
Dumitrescu will remain with the company until March 31 as an active managing director, and then as a member of the advisory board.

Holzhey has held various positions within the Jenoptik Group and served as an adviser to the CEO. She currently serves as vice president in charge of the optical test and measurement strategic business unit at Jenoptik. She will assume her role as CEO of TRIOPTICS April 1.
Zilian has been with TRIOPTICS since 2005, beginning as a sales engineer. He was later appointed as head of sales in 2009. Zilian has been a member of the management board since 2019. As of Jan. 1, he has served as CSO, responsible for sales, marketing, service, and customer care within the TRIOPTICS Group.
