Pipeline Renewal Technologies for a consideration of $120 million. Through the Nexsight acquisition, IDEX will expand to include iPEK’s key North American channel partner and its leading wastewater video inspection software platform.
REHOVOT, Israel — Metrology solutions provider
Nova entered into a definitive agreement to acquire
ancosys GmbH, a privately held chemical analysis and metrology company headquartered in Pliezhausen, Germany, in a $100 million deal. The acquisition is expected to close within the first quarter of 2022.
