UKIVA Names Chairman

Neil Sandhu, product manager for imaging, measurement, ranging, and systems at SICK Ltd. (U.K.) will serve as chairman of the UK Industrial Vision Association (UKIVA). The appointment was made during the vision association’s online annual general meeting. Sandhu replaces Allan Anderson, managing director at ClearView Imaging, who had completed a two-year cycle in the chair. Anderson will serve as vice chairman.

Other members of the UKIVA committee reelected at the meeting were representatives from Acrovision, Alrad Imaging, Bytronic Automation, FT System, IDS, JentonDimaco, Mettler-Toledo Safeline, Multipix Imaging, Scorpion Vision, and Stemmer Imaging.
