Invicro Names Morris VP of Scientific Imaging Research
Invicro has appointed Evan Morris vice president of scientific imaging research at their New Haven, Conn., location.
Morris serves as a professor of radiology and biomedical imaging, biomedical engineering, and psychiatry at Yale University, focusing on functional brain imaging. He previously taught at Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis and holds an M.S. and a doctorate in biomedical engineering from Case Western Reserve University.
Invicro is a Konica Minolta company and provides biomarkers, core lab services, and software for research and drug development. The company expanded its offering in clinical phase research with the acquisition of Molecular Neuroimaging LLC in 2016, followed by the acquisition of Imanova and Core Clinical in 2017. Now, as part of the Konica Minolta precision medicine organization, along with its sister company, Ambry Genetics, Invicro develops and leverages the latest approaches in quantitative biomarkers, including imaging, quantitative pathology, and genomics.
