Satisloh Names Lothes CEO

Optics manufacturer Satisloh has named Peter Lothes as the company’s president and CEO, effective Sept. 1. Lothes became Satisloh’s worldwide president at the beginning of 2019.

Lothes is a veteran of the ophthalmic industry with over 27 years of experience. He joined the industry in 1991 after graduating from college by working in the family retail and wholesale lab businesses in Columbus, Ohio. Later Lothes held various operational executive positions, including vice president of operations, Partner Labs for ELOA. He joined Satisloh in early 2015 as president of Satisloh North America.

Satisloh is a machine manufacturing company for ophthalmic and precision optics lenses worldwide. The company provides manufacturing for surfacing, grinding, centering, polishing, coating, and finishing equipment; consumables and tools; and services support.
